ANNOUNCEMENT: A Celebration of Life for Michal Lee Temple who passed away on August 30, 2021 will be held at Visneski Funeral Home, Inc. 42 West Mahoning Street Danville PA Saturday September 25th at 10:00 AM. Pastor Ryan Ray will be officiating. Friends will be received from 9:00 – 9:45 AM.


BLOOMSBURG, PA - Michal Lee Temple, 50, of Bloomsburg PA, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 30, 2021 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville PA He was born March 4, 1971 in Bloomsburg PA the son of Joanne Bodner.


Mike graduated from Columbia Montour Vo-Tech.

He is survived by his wife, Amanda DeWald Temple whom he married June 22, 2019


Mike was a member of Millville Christian Church


He was employed as a forklift operator and machinist at J. M. Smucker, Inc. in Bloomsburg PA.


An avid outdoorsman, Mike enjoyed hunting and camping with his family. He enjoyed taking day trips, mudbogging, swimming and spending time with his family whom he adored.


In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Caden Karl Temple, at home. Also surviving are his father-in-law, Fred K. DeWald and his mother-in-law, Debbie A. DeWald, of Bloomsburg PA; one sister-in-law, Angela M. DeWald of Bloomsburg PA and several aunts and uncles. He was very fond of two monumental people in his life, the late Fred J. DeWald and Martha DeWald, who survives, as well as Hazel Klinger of Lightstreet PA.
