Terry Lynn Corbin, 63 of Danville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 29, 2022.


 
 

DANVILLE, PA ~ Terry Lynn Corbin, 63 of Danville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 29, 2022. He was born November 4th, 1957, in Danville, Pa, the son of the late Sherman G. and Sarah M. (Carver) Corbin.


Terry graduated from Danville Area High School in 1977 and graduated from the Boiler Maker National Apprenticeship program in 1999.


Terry was employed by AC&F in Milton for over 17 years, He worked as a certified diver and underwater welder. He retired from the Boilermakers United Steel Workers of America, Local 13.


He was a member of the Nostalgic Drag Racing Club and the Christian Motorcycle Association (Riding for the Son).


Terry enjoyed working on classic cars, drag racing, hunting, and fishing. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his two sons and family.


He will be remembered as a loving father, brother, and uncle. He was a devoted member of a well-known fellowship where he would go above and beyond to support others. He was a good friend and brother to many and will be deeply missed.

Terry is survived by two sons: Weston J. Corbin and his wife Gina and Cody M. Corbin and his wife Emily both of Bloomsburg, Pa. Also surviving is one brother: Paul A. Corbin and his wife Sharron of Danville; Nancy Cermak and her husband Fred of Silver Springs, MD; and one brother-in-law; John Norman. Terry is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He is survived by his two cats Annie and Jinxxy whom he adored.


He was preceded in death by one brother: Theodore J. Corbin and one sister; Barbara Norman and one nephew; Michael Helwig.


Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Walk-Through Visitation on Saturday, October 8, 2022, from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at Visneski Funeral Home, Inc. 42 West Mahoning Street Danville, PA 17821. Burial will be private at Elan Memorial Park, Bloomsburg, PA.


The family will provide flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to AGAPE 851 Railroad Street; PO Box 424; Bloomsburg, Pa 17815.
